🎄 Holiday Shipping Deadlines — 2025

All EXPRESS orders placed after December 17th, 11:59 PM EST are NOT guaranteed for holiday delivery.

December 14th is the deadline set forth for guaranteed holiday delivery on all GROUND deliveries.

glerups will do our best to get your packages to you in good time. However, these deadlines are set by our shipping partners.

For all orders placed close to the deadline, it is extra important that there is someone present at the shipping address at the time of delivery.

glerups is not responsible for holiday porch pirates, packages left outside in the weather, or packages delivered to a home with no one present.

Please note that the above dates are indicative and are the recommended last shipping days from our shipping partners.

Once the item(s) leave our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier of your choosing.

Questions regarding tracking, delivery, etc. may be handled directly with FedEx or UPS.

Please check your email for your tracking number.

Factors beyond glerups’ control (such as strikes, winter weather conditions, etc.) may delay your orders.

Please remember to order in good time.

🎁 CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Allowing our glerups team a “Pure Danish Hygge” break with family and friends during the holidays, we wish to share this special note for all of you regarding holiday hours and returns.

The webshop will remain open during the holidays.

However, our office and phone lines will be closed.

Please note: ALL order fulfillment will experience delays during this time.

The warehouse will process all orders in the order they were received.

The glerups office will be CLOSED from Friday, December 19th, 2025, to Thursday, January 1st, 2026.

Reopening Friday, January 2nd, 2026.

All orders submitted on/after November 1st, 2025, will be eligible for return until Friday, January 30th, 2026.
