Wool is the key to comfort

Footwear from glerups all have the common denominator of our fine wool blend. We have spent years developing this blend into what it is today and it’s a result that we feel we can be proud of. It has some amazing natural benefits, making them some of the best footwear for leisure time on the market.

Our wool blend consists of wool from Danish Gotland sheep and wool from New Zealand. It has the ability to keep your feet warm, when your surroundings are cold, but can also keep them cool on a hot day. This is because the wool itself absorbs excess heat and moisture, leaving your feet at peak comfort even when worn for a longer period of time. Even if you have problems with smelly feet, glerups got you. The wool can also absorb any bad odor and seal it in, only for it to be released alongside the moisture, when you let the shoes rest for a bit, in the fresh air if possible.
