Our wool blend
The wool blend used for glerups slippers is one of a kind. We have spent years developing and refining it into the product that we have today. Made with a mix of wool from Danish Gotland sheep and wool from New Zealand, this wool blend is packed with natural benefits. It has the ability to keep your feet warm, but can also be worn during the summer months, where the wool will lead the heat away from the feet and keep them cool and comfortable. The wool makes the slippers feel extraordinarily soft against the skin, as the fibres of the wool have a molecular structure close to that of the human skin, making them feel comfortable and reduces the chance of the skin being irritated from wearing the slippers, even when worn for an extended period of time.
If you have previously experienced problems with sweaty feet when wearing slippers, glerups will help you avoid that too, as the fibres will lead away any humidity or moisture from the skin and encapsulate it until the shoes get a break, preferably somewhere with fresh air, where the build up moisture will be released.
