15th December for all  GROUND SHIPMENTS
20th December for all EXPRESS SHIPMENTS
21st December for all OVERNIGHT SHIPMENTS

All orders placed after December 21st  Midnight EST are NOT guaranteed for holiday delivery. December 15th for
guaranteed holiday delivery on GROUND. December 20th for all EXPRESS packages.

For orders placed close to the deadline, it is extra important that there is someone at the address at the
time of delivery, unless you order with collection in a parcel shop.

Please note that the above dates are indicative and are the recommended last shipping days from our shipping partners.
Factors beyond our control (such as strikes, winter weather conditions, etc.) may delay your orders.

CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Allowing our team glerups employees a “Pure Danish Hygge” break with family and friends during the holidays, we wish to share this special note for all of you regarding holiday hours and returns.

The webshop will be open during the holidays.
However, all new orders will not begin to be processed until Tuesday January 2nd, 2024

The glerups office is CLOSED from Thursday (evening) December 21st. 2023 to Monday January 1st. 2024
Reopening Tuesday January 2nd. All orders submitted on/after November 1st, 2023 will be eligible for return until Wednesday January 31st, 2024.
